Universities
A university that brings order to AI and shows what its students learn
For presidents, academic directors and deans: an AI strategy for the whole university and evidence of what each student understands, program by program.
What changed
The final paper no longer proves who wrote it. Explaining it does.
With AI, a well-written essay or project says little about what the student understood. Asking them to defend it out loud works, but there isn't enough time to do it with each one.
A strategy, not scattered initiatives
The diagnostic brings order to how AI is used in teaching and in management, with an approved policy and a roadmap.
Assess what is understood
Each student defends their work in a conversation using the teacher's rubric.
Evidence for the graduate profile
Results by rubric criterion that help document the achievement of learning outcomes.
Practice before the defense
They rehearse by explaining their work and get questions like a panel's, at any time.
Start with a pilot
One program, one academic term
A well-designed pilot answers whether it's worth scaling, with data from your own university.
1. We choose where
One program and two or three courses with teachers willing to try it.
2. We define how to measure
With the teachers we adjust the rubrics and, when possible, set up a comparison group.
3. We support the term
We train the teachers and review usage every month.
4. You decide with results
At the close we present what changed and a proposal to scale, or not.
Questions
Before proposing a pilot
Does it work with our academic system or LMS?
Grades are exported in a file with the format your university uses to import them. Direct integration with each system is evaluated case by case.
Does it help with accreditation?
Results by rubric criterion are evidence of the achievement of learning outcomes, which you can add to your quality assurance processes.
Can it be used to practice English?
Yes. The agent converses in English, so students can practice speaking about the topics of their program.
Propose a pilot in your program
A 30-minute conversation to choose where to start.
